When did we receive it? Sometime in 2000, I think
First of all, we would like to thank whoever it was who sent us this CD for possible airplay on 'Proud to be Irish'. Shantalla is a Irish band that was formed and based in Belgium. Five members of the band are Irish and their lead singer, Helen Flaherty, is Scottish. We spent this Saturday listening to this CD and Pamela's CD that she gave us, both to refresh our memories about what Shantalla plays and in preparation for the program.
Please keep an eye on our newly reinstated playlists as we may be playing some cuts off this CD on future programs.
