Celtic Thunder Concert on PBS

Many thanks to Diane for alerting us to Celtic Thunder on PBS from 6 PM to 8 PM tonight. I watched the entire show and as Diane told me last week: "Corned beef and cabbage and Celtic Thunder. How can you go wrong?" It was a great show, Diane! :)

2nd Annual 'Old Fashioned Sunday' on 'Proud to be Irish'

Since it went so well last year, we would like to ask all our listeners to join us again for the 2nd Annual 'Old Fashioned Sunday' this Sunday, April 1, 2012 from 12 Noon to 3 PM on 'Proud to be Irish'.

If you were part of last year's "bonanza", you know the rules; but to reiterate: please feel free to contact us at (518) 783-2400 during the show and request bands, songs and singers that we haven't heard in ages. You can also contact us through the Internet on our new blog: http://theladyinthemist.blogspot.com/ or through our email address at keepitirish@nycap.rr.com.

For all of you living outside the Albany area, you can also log on to http://www.wvcr.com and click on 'Listen Live' to join in the festivities as well! :) It was so much fun last year that we decided to do it again this year. We hope to have you all as "partners" in this hopefully yearly event. See you soon! :)
